Cape2Camp offers a unique self guided and fully catered 135km hike and tenting experience, on the Cape to Cape track from Cape Naturaliste to Cape Leeuwin.


Cape2Camp takes the stress out of planning and preparing for a hike. We are here to help make the most out of your experience by providing transport, accomodation, food & drinks. This unique set up allows for minimal planning so that you can enjoy your trek at your own pace.

Day 1 Cape Naturaliste - Yallingup 14kms
Park you car at the Waterwheel car park in Cape Leeuwin. 
7.30am transfer from Cape Leeuwin to Cape Naturaliste.
Your hiking adventure starts at the Cape Naturaliste Lighthouse.
Tented accommodation at Yallingup Beach Caravan Park.
Dinner at Caves House Bar& Restaurant at own cost.


Day 2 Yallingup - Moses Rock 18 kms
Tented accommodation at Gracetown Caravan Park.
*transport included from Moses Rock to Gracetown PM


Day 3 Moses Rock - Gracetown 16kms
Tented accommodation at Gracetown Caravan Park.
Optional wine tasting at Grace Farm across from the camp site
*transport included from Gracetown to Moses Rock AM
* transport included from Gracetown Beach to Gracetown Caravan Park PM

Day 4 Gracetown - Prevelly 20kms
Tented accommodation at Prevelly Caravan Park
*transfer from camp site to Gracetown General Store where your hike commence AM
Dinner at The Sea Garden Cafe at own cost.


Day 5 Prevelly - Conto 19kms
Tented accommodation at Conto Campground.


Day 6 Conto's - Hamelin Bay 22kms
Tented accommodation at Hamelin Bay Holiday Park.


Day 7 Hamelin Bay - Cape Leeuwin 26kms
Your Cape2Camp adventure ends at the Waterwheel next to the lighthouse.
Hikers usually arrive around 3pm - 4.30pm.
Cape2Camp recommend to stay at a local accommodation after your hike.


What to wear & bring

Appropriate clothing to forecasted weather conditions.

Good walking boots/trainers, bring spare sandals in case of blisters.

Head torch, sunscreen, mozzie repellent, basic first aid kit, blister band aids.

Powerful power bank.

Swimwear & sarong, towel.

2-3 litres of water for day 1.

Optional fly net (Oct - Dec).


Accomodation, hike briefing & vehicle parking

Accommodation prior to and after the hike is NOT INCLUDED in the package. A popular choice amongst our hikers is The Augusta Hotel. 

A hike pre-briefing commence at 8pm night prior to Cape2Camp in the dining area of the Augusta Hotel. Breakfast can be bought at the Augusta Bakery next morning before your hike.

Leave your vehicle at the Waterwheel carpark. This is considered safe for the duration of your hike. You will also end your hike here which is next to the Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse.


Your safety & navigation resources
Cape2Camp highly recommend that you download the First Responder and one Navigation app before your hike. The track have good signage, however unless you have great knowledge of the area and the track, then a navigation resource is recommended.


AllTrails Navigation App; no internet of mobile coverage is needed. You need the pro version ($35.99 annual fee), which, gives you access to the offline map you will use from Cape Naturaliste to Cape Leeuwin. 

Cape to Cape Track Guide App; no internet or mobile coverage is needed. Access to offline maps and details of sections of the track. It's like having your own personal tour guide in your pocket! (one off fee $24.99)

St John First Responder App; allows you your location to be pinpointed in en emergency situation, dialling 000. No cost.


Campsites, food & drinks

All campsites have shower facilities except Conto. Cape2Camp supply you with soap and a new towel each day.

Linen are provided and changed midway at Prevelly Caravan Park. 

Firewood provided (May - Nov)

BBQ or microwave to be used at campsites. Plates/utensils/cutlery/kitchen towel will be in the food box. 

All meals are included and provided by 'Inspiration Feast' using local produce from the Margaret River Region.

Drinks are inclusive of water, coconut water, orange juice, tea, coffee, wine and beer.

Camping equipment is provided.

Camp sites are set up from 2 pm onwards each day, along with your food and drink boxes. Cape2Camp use a 10 cm king inflatable mattress with bedding (quilt, sheet and pillow) for all our campers. This allows for a cosy and comfortable sleep.

*Your tent is set up as twin share. Single occupancy can be added in xtra section when booking.


Terms & Conditions

Itineraries will remain flexible to ensure safety, and to enhance the hiker's  experience on the Cape to Cape track. By paying the deposit, you agree to Cape2Camp Booking Terms and Conditions and Risk Warning. All participants will sign a waiver before the hike on Day 1, when meeting with the Cape2Camp Team.

Cape2Camp requires a 20% deposit, or a full payment to secure your booking. Final payment is due minimum 10 days prior to the hike. A cancellation fee of 50% applies with less than 10 days notice of cancellation. Where possible, transfer to alternative days will be considered.

Cape2Camp reserves the rights to modify the package at any time, as necessary. Any variations to the itinerary may result in extra charges payable to you. In case of severe weather, the hike might be rescheduled to another date. In such case you will be given a full refund or new dates for your hike with us.Please note, for refunds of walks or tours that are booked with a credit card, the credit card booking fee will not be refunded. Bookings made through a booking agent may be subject to additional cancellation fees.
