Mt Buller Ski Resort is the nearest alpine ski resort to Melbourne. It only takes about 3 hours to drive from downtown Melbourne.

｜Why Mt Buller ｜

Exceptional Slopes: Mt Buller boasts excellent mountain slopes with an altitude of 1,780 meters. The resort features a maximum height drop of 405 meters, covering a total area of 162 hectares. With the longest run stretching 2.5 kilometers and an average snow depth of 1 to 2 meters, Mt Buller offers terrain for everyone. Skiers can enjoy gentle slopes for beginners, challenging Master Black runs, three terrain parks, and extensive cross-country trails, catering to all skill levels.

Comprehensive Facilities and Activities: Mt Buller provides a wide range of facilities including ski schools, restaurants, shops, cinemas, gyms, and sports centers. The resort offers activities for all ages, from building snowmen and sledding for children to snowboarding and skiing for young adults. 2. Age Restriction: For safety reasons, this trip is not recommended for children under the age of 7. If you choose to bring a child under 7, please carefully assess their condition and ensure their safety throughout the trip.
3. Driver-Only Service: The trip includes pickup and drop-off by a driver who will provide a brief introduction to passengers. The driver will not accompany or guide you at the ski resort. Please be aware of this before booking.
4. Equipment Rental: The ski resort offers rental equipment; however, ski gloves and goggles are not available for rent due to hygiene reasons. Please bring your own ski gloves and goggles.

｜ Precautions ｜

- The minimum number of participants is 6. When the number of participants does not reach the minimum number of participants specified above, the travel itinerary will be cancelled and an email notice of cancellation will be sent one day before the departure date.

- In case of typhoon, snowstorm and other bad weather conditions, the group will decide whether to cancel the departure one day before departure (23:59 local time), and will be notified by email at any time.

- Passengers suffering from the following diseases or other diseases not suitable for excessive stimulation are not recommended to participate in this program: hypertension, heart disease, fear of heights, asthma, cerebral epilepsy, pregnant women

- Please be sure to arrive at the designated place 10 minutes ago. In order to avoid delaying the next trip, the bus don’t wait.

- If the passenger fails to use ski equipment or participate in ski courses due to late arrival or other personal factors, he / she will not be able to refund or give any additional compensation. Please be informed.

- Due to safety factors, local staff may randomly check the identity of passengers. Please fill in the correct passenger information when ordering.

- Passengers are not recommended to bring valuables to the snow field. The guide is unable to provide custody services. If they are placed in the car, they will not bear any custody responsibility.

- The collection time of the website is for reference only. The actual collection time must be based on the notice of the tour guide the day before departure. Please confirm that the mobile phone number you provided is correct. If you do not receive any notice, please take the initiative to dial the emergency contact number on the voucher to confirm the collection time.

- The trip is easily affected by weather, road conditions, traffic control and other special circumstances. The director has the right to adjust, cancel, extend or shorten the trip due to force majeure before and after departure.

- The arrival time of the bus may be delayed due to the traffic conditions of the day. If you do not see the bus at the scheduled time, please be sure to dial the emergency contact number on the voucher, and the local travel agency will provide you with the most immediate help.

- This trip does not include insurance. As snow is an exciting and dangerous sport, it is recommended to purchase travel insurance or accidental injury insurance in China before departure. In case of collision or accidental injury with other tourists during skiing, the medical or compensation expenses shall be borne by themselves.
