Terms and Conditions of Booking
- Tickets: Don’t worry about printing your tickets, as we will have a list of registered names at the door.
- Cancellations: No refunds are permitted. We know this is strict, however hospitality has tight margins and events are tough to execute at the best of times. COVID just made all that tougher. Your ticket is transferable up until three days before the event so you can send someone else in your place. Just let us know so we’ve got the right contact details at cellar door.
