Spirits Explorer Session

At Itinerant Spirits, the journey is as important as the destination. Our Spirits Explorer Session presents an opportunity to discover not only our craft spirits, but the origins of the raw ingredients that we source from across Western Victoria, and the unique methods we use to distil our spirits. 

Our ingredients include hand-foraged botanicals from the Grampians, grains harvested from the Mallee and Wimmera regions which are then malted right here in Ballarat, as well as volcanic water to proof all of our spirits sourced from a spring only 20 minutes from our distillery door.

Join us as we guide you through our copper stills, learn about our on-grains distilling method, and taste our spirits directly from the source.
