Our Luxury Pop Up Picnic setting is perfect for kids’ parties of all ages.  We theme the party based on the ages of the children with Disney sets up for young kids to Insta worthy settings for teenagers. Our kids’ parties take place even if the weather is bad as we use community spaces as a backup. We use themed paper cups and plates for our kids’ parties. Our caterers are able to put together a child friendly menu for you including individual boxes or shared platter boxes. We can organise entertainment for the kids too; traditional dance lesson, arts and crafts, jewellery making etc at an additional cost. Please note - Our set up does not include the catering. We can organise a quote from our caterers for the child menu.

*Please note the prices above do not include food or drinks.   These are ordered separately from local suppliers.  Southbound Escapes will coordinate this for you.   We can also arrange for your favourite champagne or drinks of your choice all you have to do is order these from the local bottle shop and we will pick them up and deliver them for you.
