### Tour Outline
1. **Meet & Greet at Lobethal Bakery (Woodside)**
- Kick things off at 4:00 PM with a coffee, soft drink, or treat of your choice.
- We’ll run through the evening’s itinerary and get to know one another in a relaxed setting. 
 

2. **Journey into the Reserve**
- Hop aboard our luxury Staria for a comfortable drive to the private property.
- Capture a stunning sunset among sculptures, trees, and rock formations—perfect foregrounds for your astrophotography later in the night. 
 
3. **Grazing Platter & Night Sky Session**
- Enjoy a casual meal under the glow of twilight on a hilltop vantage point.
- As darkness deepens, our expert guides will walk you through capturing the Milky Way 
and star-filled skies above this extraordinary landscape.

What to Bring
- **Camera & Tripod** (wide-angle lens between 10–35mm recommended)
- If you’re missing gear, let us know—we might be able to source it for you!

- **Non-Refundable:** Your booking secures this exclusive spot.
- **Date Changes:** Allowed with at least 7 days’ notice.
- **Transfers:** You may transfer your booking to someone else any time before the workshop (please email john@adventureart.com.au).
- **Weather:** If weather forces cancellation, e.g., full cloud or rain. We’ll offer an alternate date.
