From there, it’s on to Hahndorf, Australia’s oldest surviving German settlement. With its tree-lined streets, artisan shops, German-style pubs and rich cultural history, Hahndorf is a favourite for visitors and locals alike. You'll have time to explore the village at your own pace — shop for handmade goods, enjoy a coffee and cake, or sit down to a hearty Bavarian lunch.

In the afternoon, we follow the scenic Onkaparinga Valley to Birdwood, where the renowned National Motor Museum awaits.
