Searing: Perfect the technique of searing tuna for a classic Nicoise salad.

- Trussing: Learn how to properly truss a chicken for even cooking and perfect presentation.

- Roasting: Master chicken roasting to achieve juicy, tender results.

- Deep-Frying: Create the ultimate crispy French fries with the perfect golden finish.

- Baking: Learn to craft a creamy Crème Brûlée with a fragrant lavender twist.

Starter: Nicoise Salad
