- Fresh Pasta Dough: Discover how to make and roll fresh pasta by hand, turning simple ingredients into tender, silky ribbons of pasta.

- Sauce Making: Master the art of creating flavourful, homemade sauces to pair perfectly with your pasta.

- Baking: Layer and bake a classic lasagna with rich cheesy béchamel and tomato sauce.


SAMPLE MENU

Starter: Ricotta and Spinach Agnolotti

Delicate pasta parcels filled with creamy ricotta and spinach, served with a light tomato sauce that brings out the freshness of summer.

Main Course: Traditional Lasagna

Layers of fresh pasta, rich tomato sauce, creamy béchamel, and melted cheese, baked to perfection.

Side: Arugula Salad

A refreshing salad with peppery arugula, roasted walnuts, pear slices, and Parmesan, drizzled with a balsamic vinaigrette.

Dessert: Affogato with Crostoli
