Our carefully crafted weekend getaway promises to be an extraordinary escape, filled with vibrant encounters and the magic of nature.

Day 1: Gondwana Rainforest

Your adventure begins with seamless transfers from Brisbane and the Gold Coast, setting the stage for a magical escape. As the golden sun dips below the horizon, you'll arrive at our campsite, nestled deep within the lush Gondwana Rainforest, an Australian World Heritage treasure. The air is thick with anticipation, and nature's symphony welcomes you to this enchanting realm.

Evening: The Firefly Dance

As twilight casts its enchanting spell, prepare to be mesmerized on our extraordinary firefly walk. Our guides will lead you into the heart of the rainforest, right down to the forest floor and the impressive Waterfall, where the fireflies put on a breath-taking light show. Their luminous presence will leave you in awe, a truly magical encounter. We'll have 2 chances to see the Fireflies both on Friday night and Saturday nights. The fireflies are only here for 2-3 weeks each year making this encounter a rare and wonderful experience to behold.

Nightfall: Campfire Camaraderie

Back at camp, beneath a star-studded canopy, gather around a roaring campfire. Our team will prepare a delicious Dinner & dessert whilst you enjoying getting to know your fellow campers. The camaraderie shared and the stories exchanged around the crackling flames make these moment an adventure in itself and a chance to make life-long friends.

Day 2: Vibrant Views

Our early rises may want to join us for a Mountain Hike.  This is a 10km moderate level hike amongst the spring wildflowers.  The views on this hike are superb and with the first rays of sunlight, it's like watching a painting come to life.  Last time we did this hike we witnessed the super rate and utterly breath-taking Rainbow 'Glory'. Ask us about it.  Whilst we can't promise to see it, we certainly will be looking out for it.  This hike is optional.  For those who would rather not climb a mountain at the crack of dawn, we'll be exploring the gems of the local area - read on.

Daytime: Quaint Towns, Local Treasures, Scenic Drives & Vista Views

Our adventure takes you through charming country towns, each one a unique gem in the Scenic Rim's crown. We'll be looking for fresh & local produce and taking in the scenic beauty of an exciting road trip through the glorious countryside. A view from Carrs Lookout will surely impress. These moments are an exploration of vibrant local culture.

Evening: Twilight Wildlife encounters

One last chance to see the fireflies for those who want to witness these magic lightning bugs. A Twilight Wildlife encounter is on the cards tonight. We'll be looking out for Bandicoots, Sugar Gliders, Kangaroos and hopefully handfeeding the friendly Possums.

Day 3: Lavender Fields and Rainbow Wings: A Feast for the Senses

As the weekend's vibrant magic nears its conclusion, we've saved some of the best for our final day. After a quick campsite pack up, we'll feed the colourful Kings Parrots, Crimson Rosellas, Galah's & Cockatoo's. There will be time for a quick run down to the Queen Mary Waterfall if you'd like to visit this during the daylight before we head off for our decadent lunch.

Afternoon: Lavender Farm and Winery

Your journey culminates with a visit to a renowned Lavender Farm, where a gourmet lunch awaits. This is no ordinary lunch; it's a sensory masterpiece, with the soothing scent of lavender enveloping you. After lunch we'll visit the Award-winning Cellar Door, Winery for a tasting adding a touch of opulence to your already special experience.

As we depart, our goal is that you'll carry with you the enchantment of the Scenic Rim. This is more than a getaway; it's a story of magic and camaraderie. We hope you'll be back to visit more of the Scenic Rim with us.
