With much of your lunch from their organic produce located onsite at their backyard garden. The lunch menu offers a range of seasonal dishes, highlighting produce from the hotel's extensive kitchen garden, orchards, greenhouses, olive grove and other locally sourced ingredients. Lunch is A la carte from a selection of items, catering to most dietary requirements. Included is a glass of wine, beer or non alcoholic drink as a welcome drink, (any additional drinks to be purchase). With indoor and outdoor spaces available - please state at time of booking if you have a preference.

After lunch, we depart by a return scenic flight through Victoria Valley & Victoria Range, taking a
different return path to appreciate the Grampians National Park with full commentary during the flight from your locally born & raised pilot.
