IMPORTANT:

  • While guests are welcome to choose their preferred pick-up time, if your drop-off is at Perth Airport, we strongly recommend departing the Margaret River Region at least 3.5 hours before your flight check-in time. This ensures a safe, stress-free journey and allows for unexpected delays such as traffic or road conditions.
  • CHILDREN: We do not provide baby or child seats. In accordance with Western Australian law, children must be secured in an appropriate child restraint until they are 7 years old. As such, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate guests under the age of 7
  • Your allocated vehicle will depend on how many guests are travelling and how much luggage you have.
  • Want to make the most of your trip? Sightseeing stops can be added along the way — perfect for visiting scenic spots, wineries, or a lunch break. Contact us directly to add extra hours to your journey and customise your experience. 
  • For travel between 6:00pm and 9:00am, please contact us directly for availability and pricing.


TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled pick-up date will forfeit the deposit.

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled pick-up date will receive a full refund of the deposit, minus a 3% booking fee.
