The Mexican spirit is warm and inviting; from the unspoilt beach scene on part of southern bound coastal routes, to the riot of colour and bustle in the densely populated Mexico City.

To recreate the easy-going atmosphere we have designed an amazing treat of vibrant and exciting dishes that use easily accessed ingredients. Be prepared to give your taste buds something really special.

Mexico’s indigenous food fortunately has been shared with the world, what would we do without cacao to make chocolate, chilli to add heat and the worlds best loved spice, vanilla.
