ABOUT
If you’re looking to take your freediving skills to the next level, then our Advanced Freediving course is the perfect choice for you. Our experienced instructors offer courses across a variety of locations along the Queensland’s coast, including Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, Brisbane, and the Whitsunday Islands out of Airlie Beach.
Day 1 Your instructors will guide you through the Theory of Freediving, a breath and meditation workshop, and pool skills session to improve your techniques needed to become a competent and safe freediver.
Day 2 Optional second pool day
Day 3 and Day 4 we will head out to explore the blue open ocean to dive and practice your newfound skills.
By the end of this course, you will achieve.
- A static Breath hold of minimum 2'30''
- A dynamic Apnea of 50m
- Constant weight dives to 20-30m
- Competent buddy skills including pool and ocean rescue
- Advanced self-rescue skills
To enrol in our Freediver course you:
- Must be 15 years old or older.
- Must have a prior full Freediver certification
- Have no medical conditions related to this activity.
No Gear? NO PROBLEM
We have 5mm wetsuits and long fins for rent at $15 each per day. Just select the right options or let us know a few days before your course.
