Wild Wellness Fire and Ice Walk
- Duration: 7 Hours (approx.)
- Location: Hobart, Tasmania
- Product code: PCLCRC
Discover wild wellness through fire and ice.
Here's your chance to experience what Wild Wellness is about through journaling, meditation, ice bathing and connecting to nature discovering the wonders of kunanyi / Mt Wellington. Listen to the stories of the mountains history and unique plants and animals all in the care of knowledgeable local guides. Be coached through a Wim Hoff breath work and ice bath session and guided into your own journaling time beside a roaring fire inside a forest hut 1000m above sea level.
The small group experience will visit some of the most celebrated huts on the mountain. The first stop will be Sphinx Rock for some bird watching before visiting a number of huts. At the Chalet 1000m above sea level we will have an extended break for our breath work and ice bathing (not compulsory!) followed by a gourmet burger lunch and fireside journaling. After lunch the group will return to the Springs along the amazing Organ Pipes track, one of the great short walks of Tasmania.
If you are intending to participate in the ice bath please bring your own towel and spare thermal top and long johns.
