PT2 - Pinnacles and Beaches Luxury 4x4 Tour
- Duration: 8 Hours (approx.)
- Location: Perth, WA
- Product code: PT2
After Breakfast, we continue North to stop at the Yanchep National Park to visit the Koala Sanctuary. While not native to Western Australia, the the Koalas at Yanchep were first introduced from Kangaroo Island in South Australia in 1938 and have been a popular attraction ever since. In addition to the Koala colony, the park is home to Western Grey Kangaroos, and an array of Bird Species.
Driving North from Yanchep we come to Wedge Island, a beautiful area with expansive Sand Dunes meeting the clear Blue of the Indian Ocean. Traversing the Sand Dunes in the Land Rover with opportunities to stop and take photos, you will be amazed at the impressive mountains of sand that stretch for miles.
Heading down to the beach there will be time to swim and enjoy a delicious freshly made morning tea.
Next up is the surreal Nambung National Park, home to the Pinnacles Desert. The lunar-like Pinnacles form one of Australia's most unique and fascinating natural
landscapes. Formed over millions of years, thousands of tall limestone spires rise eerily out of the yellow desert sands. As we drive through the desert, there will be several opportunities to stop and walk through these impressive landmarks.
Continuing onwards in the Land Rover we reach Cervantes where we visit the famous Lobster Shack for a factory tour, followed by a seafood lunch including delicious lobster and a glass of wine or beer.
After Lunch we return to the Land Rover for the Drive back to Perth.
