Enjoy a lovely, easy, late-afternoon stroll to Mushroom Rock as your guide prepares a lavish sunset platter. The secluded valley adjoins a clay pan and is home to an exceptional and special ecosystem. On your walk, you will marvel at the distinctive plant life, flowers and birds of this unique region.

Then watch the setting sun as you enjoy a glass of wine and generous banquet of cheeses, gourmet crackers, delicious cured meats and much more. Be sure to bring your camera to capture the amazing hues of the outback sunset as the true colours of Rainbow Valley are revealed.
