This tour has been designed and curated to sit within our Vintage range of Tasmanian Extended Tours. The 'Vintage' range has been designed for the over 55, seniors and retired individuals and couples to enjoy Tasmania. That doesn’t mean it isn’t a fantastic tour for younger couples or individuals, please contact us to inquire about more information if you are interested but would like some more information. 

Departs from: Hobart City - Tasmania. It is YOUR responsibility to make you way to the correct city as well as meeting at the correct spot to join the tour. Please contact us if you need assistance with fights and travel arrangements. 

Tour Type: This tour is an individually booked and public tour and is available to anybody aged 18 and over. Please request a group tour price for a private guided Tasmanian tour for just your group if needed. 

Minimum passengers per tour:  10

Maximum passengers per tour:  45

Coach Types: Depending on the tour group size, we may change from a large luxury coach to a smaller luxury coach so that we can provide the best experience while travelling Tasmania. 

Tour Guide: Your coach captain will be the tour guide on this tour. All of our coach captains undergo extensive training in hospitality and local Tasmanian knowledge. You will see this be their passionate delivery.

Important information to note before booking or joining the tour

Your pre-arrival tour pack:

You will receive a pre-arrival pack from us that has all details and itinerary of the tour listed. There are several forms that will need to be filled out and returned to us, such as medical and special requirements and others. If you have any questions, please utilise our contact channels. 

Joining the tour & first meeting point:

It is YOUR responsibility to arrange you own transport or flights to meet the tour on the fist day in the correct city. The meeting point will be clearly labelled in your pre-arrival pack and it will be confirmed with you 14 days before the tour starts. Please see below if you need assistance with flight and other service bookings. 

Paying or Reserving your Tour Spot:

Guests looking to book or reserve this extended Tasmanian Tour can do so by booking directly on this page with our booking portal.

This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable to other tours. There will be a payment plan provided for the remainder of the costs.

To book or reserve – please note that only a 20% deposit is required to reserve you place on this tour and the final payment is required to be made by 45 days before the start date of the tour.

Under 45 days the FULL amount is required to book or reserve this Tasmanian extended tour.

Airfare Bookings:

Coal River Coaches can arrange your flights for you to and from the starting point of your city extended tour. Please contact us directly to inquire about flights. 

Promotion Codes:

Any Coal River Coaches promotion codes need to be added on the booking form when booking your selected tour. Please enter the code exactly as you have seen it displayed.

Tour Prices Covers:

Depending on the tour selected, the price covers your accommodation, selected meals and coach travel for the tour length. Please check each tour carefully to see what is included and not included.
