Aloha 'Rosie's' New Year's Eve Luau Cruise! 


Ahoy there, party people! Get ready to set sail into the new year aboard Rosie, the cutest boat that ever did float! Put on your most vibrant Hawaiian shirts and join us for a tropical celebration on the high seas. Here's a sneak peek into the extravaganza awaiting you:


Event Timeline:

  • 8:30 PM: Boarding begins – Step on board and start your night with our signature "Rosie" cocktail. 
  • 8:45 PM: Cruise kick-off – Let the Hawaiian vibes take over as Rosie embarks on a scenic journey under the stars and fireworks of The Gold Coasts iconic Broadwater.
  • 9:00 PM:  Early Fireworks Display - watch the Broadwater come alive with a dazzling display of lights in the sky and reflected on the water.
  • 9.30 PM:  Cruising the Broadwater - Grazing Boards served
  • 12:00 AM: New Years Eve celebration and Fireworks Display


Beverage Delights:

  • Welcome Cocktail: Enjoy your first drink upon boarding with our signature "Rosie" inspired Cocktail.
  • Midnight Toast:  Enoy a glass of bubby on us as welcome 2024!


Graze for Days:

  • Grazing Boards filled with Charcuterie goodies that will satisfy your taste buds and keep you happily grazing all night. 


Fireworks Extravaganza:

  • First Round: Marvel at the first spectacular display of fireworks, lighting up the night sky from 9pm
  • Midnight Countdown: As the clock strikes 12, raise your glasses for a sparkling toast and witness the grand finale of the second fireworks display, welcoming the new year in style!


BYO:

  • Beer & Wine: Feel free to bring along your favorite beers and wines. Rosie's Esky is at your disposal to keep your beverages chilled throughout the night.  Rosie is a BYO boat. No sale of alchol on board.


Dance the Night Away:

  • Tunes: Live Music - Our DJ will be pumping out the tunes, all night long! The music won't stop!

Please note whole bottles of spirits are not permitted on the vessel but you can bring premix's or champagne etc.
